What Makes a Good Life?

Everything is energy. By using the combination of learning how the human body consists of four bodies of energy (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) you will learn how to understand each body of energy, how they work and the impact each has on your overall well-being. When the bodies of energy are out of balance, we can feel tired, unhappy and can even become ill. I will teach you how to nourish each body of energy for optimal health, balance and fulfillment. You will be taught the understanding of how everything is energy and how you can do things to help clear blockages and ultimately lighten your energy up! Health, happiness and wellness is the combination of understanding and balancing each of the bodies of energy that make up the human body and what you need to do to nourish each of them equally.   This training will take you on a journey of self-reflection, exploration, understanding and uncovering reasons why you are unhappy, physically tired or feeling that there must be something more to this life.

Physical Body: Learn how eating the right food and exercising can not only make you look better, but is the energenic core of how we actually feel day to day. You will be taught techniques that will increase your energy, stamina and overall happiness.

Mental Body:  Our thoughts create our reality. Learn techniques on how to shift your perspective and see the great impact that will have on your daily life.

Emotional Body: Learn how your subconscious thought patterns (usually negative) sabotage your growth and interfere with your achieving the goals you would like to achieve. You will learn techniques to turn the negative thought patterns into positive ones.  We have one life. You can achieve the goals you want to.  Learn how to release past traumas that are affecting your everyday life with bad habits and preventing you from being the happiest person you can be.

Spiritual Body:  Sharing the wisdom from those at the end of life, Suzanne will explain what the meaning of life really is based on those who are leaving it. By understanding unconditional love and a one consciousness, you can dramatically shift the way you are living day to day and be part of a much greater global community. This has nothing to do with religion, but is a general spiritual energy and one that we are all connected to.

As an End of Life Doula I am constantly asked, “What makes a good death?” While there are certain concepts that you can implement to ensure a better end of life experience, the best answer to the question “what makes a good death?” is a good life! This is because when you live healthy, happy and fulfilled; when our time comes (and we all know that it will one day) we can say “okay.”
