I’m a certified end of life doula, grief educator and coach, and after-loss support professional based in New Orleans. I help individuals and families navigate the emotional, practical, and logistical challenges of serious illness, dying, and grief with compassion, clarity, and knowledgeable guidance.

Unlike many end of life professionals whose work ends at the time of death, I provide continuity of care throughout the entire journey. My services include advance care planning, legacy and life review projects, bedside support, end of life advocacy, vigil, funeral, and burial planning, grief support, and practical after-loss assistance for loved ones as they manage the many responsibilities that follow a death.

As an experienced speaker and educator on death, dying, grief, and after-loss care, I am passionate about helping people become more comfortable having conversations about mortality and preparing for the inevitable with intention rather than fear.

My work is grounded in specialized training as an end of life doula, grief educator and coach, and after-loss support professional, as well as hands-on hospice volunteer experience supporting patients and families. I hold a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition and have training as a psychologist and professional coach, bringing a whole-person, client-centered approach to my work.
