It has been Karli’s greatest honor as a Registered Nurse, and now as a certified End of Life Doula to be a calming and supportive presence for those navigating end of life. Karli’s most impactful moments providing end of life care have not been medical, they have been deeply rooted in human connection. We can all provide this loving support and deep down, we already know how to do this. Karli has had the honor of witnessing beautiful end of life transitions and she has been motivated to inspire change after witnessing what happens when we do not plan or prepare for end of life. Karli believes that with the right support and education, a good death is possible for all of us.

Culturally we have been in a period of “death denial” and our collective distancing from dying has led to fear. Together, we can approach end of life through a new lens, and remember how to guide each other, educated and supported, through death and grief.

Karli creates a safe space to explore ideas and attitudes about death and dying. Karli’s experience as a Registered Nurse and education as a Doulagivers Specialist provide her with the skills and expertise to help you plan and prepare for your own Good Death. Planning and preparedness lead to empowerment and empowerment reduces fear.
