Carrie Forbes is a liaison librarian at Laupus Library, the health resources library of East Carolina University. She specializes in APA formatting and working with undergraduate nursing students. She received her MLS from ECU. Prior to her role as a librarian, Carrie worked as the ILL manager for Laupus Library for over 15 years. In addition to her professional work as a liaison librarian, she has authored 5 gluten-free cookbooks and loves bingeing on streaming true crime shows that her husband can’t stand. She loves cats, cooking, writing, and most recently volunteering with hospice as a certified Death/End of Life Doula, meditation & Reiki practice, and listening to audiobooks and Broadway musicals.
